Emma Welch

As the Group HR Director, I lead our efforts to make Southerns Broadstock a supportive and welcoming place for everyone. My role is to look after our entire workforce, ensuring we hire the right people and give them the tools they need to grow. I work closely with all our departments to build a strong team culture where every person feels heard and respected.

Daniel Sales

I have over 25 years’ experience in workplace consultancy, design and sales. The most rewarding part of my sales and marketing role is transforming space to make a positive difference to people’s environments. As we did with LaMB, University of Oxford, where we helped to create a world-class institution. Outside work, I’ve travelled to 100+ countries – it’s an obsession!

Robert Moore

My remit is to improve our sales proposition and hit sales targets. I enjoy seeing the team grow and deliver great results. Favourite project? Has to be 2 Ruskin Square for the Home Office: we overcame many hurdles to achieve a fantastic outcome for the client. Outside work, I’m happiest on two wheels!

Hayley Migliaccio

I lead our client account managers, oversee supply-chain partners and work with the leadership team to guide commercial strategy with data-led decisions. I enjoy supporting colleagues to feel confident, capable and proud of what they achieve. I’m also an adrenaline junkie: I’ve jumped out of a plane, swum with sharks – and bring the same mindset to work.

Ryan Comac

I’m responsible for day-to-day operations, supporting the team to ensure customers receive high-quality service and outcomes. I’m a transformation specialist with a strong track-record in redesigning business architectures, delivering strategic change and improving operational efficiency. I once played a young version of James May in a documentary about sharks.

Ashley Hayward

My background spans more than 25 years in manufacturing and commercial interiors, including time leading UK operations for international design brands. What’s always kept me engaged is the challenge of delivering environments that actually work for people not just in how they look, but in how they function, flow and support. We don’t just sell furniture. We help shape how people learn, heal and work. And it’s a privilege to be part of that.
