It’s my responsibility to route deliveries and plan installations. I enjoy planning and scheduling large projects: my favourite was work we completed for UK Atomic – we chose quirky furniture and the whole thing ran smoothly. I love my job but I prefer to be sunning myself in Dubai with Prosecco than sitting at my desk.
Becky Blundell
I arrange deliveries with the hubs in the north of the UK, liaising with customers on delivery dates, producing install schedules and delivery packs. Every day is different; the role is quite reactive. I’m also a qualified beauty therapist and mum of a football-mad 12-year-old – weekends are spent on the sidelines of a football pitch.

I handle everything from detailed technical drawings to 3D visualisation and product specification. I love finding creative solutions to provide clients with the best scheme for their needs and improve work environments. I have an interior design degree and previous experience in hospitality and commercial design. Away from work, I play golf and support Man Utd, so I’m disappointed twice a week…
David Barlow-Smith
My remit is to produce furniture layouts, with supporting documentation from 3D layouts to product books. I enjoy pushing the boundaries, enhancing our 3D output and integrating BIM principles. I help to create inspiring workplaces: Oxford University’s LaMB building stands out. I have no time for hobbies as I seem to be a full-time servant and taxi service!
Mark Richards
My role encompasses improvement of existing products and new product development, keeping our business profitable by maximising margin, while remaining on trend, current and ahead of the competition. I enjoy the challenge of being spread across a number of business areas, from market research, marketing, logistics and sales support, to developing new products and supply-chain relationships. I’m very competitive: any sport or simple board game – you name it, I need to win it!
Lee Hansford
I oversee the design team, and also dabble in brand / marketing and developing insights to help our customers respond to their organisational challenges and people’s needs. I love developing spaces with end users’ needs at their heart, enabling everyone to get the most out of themselves in education or working environments. Since the age of eight I’ve ridden and raced motorbikes… and still refuse to grow up and get a sensible hobby!
Lisa Richardson
Credit control is my main remit. When there has been a difficult debt to retrieve and payment finally hits the bank, I know my hard work has paid off! Most of my time outside work is spent with my two beautiful daughters, who keep me on my toes.
